We can talk through your situation, and you will leave the conversation with a clearer picture of what your options are and what a realistic timeline looks like.
Yes, and I will be direct about it. My goal is to help you make the decision that is right for your situation, not to push a transaction. If the timing is off, if the numbers do not work, or if there is a better path available to you, I will tell you. That is what I would want someone to do for me.
